P o l i c i e s

1. You must be 18 years old to be tattooed. NO EXCEPTIONS!

2. All sales of work, gift certificates, and jewelry are final.

3. There is a cash only $20 deposit for all appointments,
    $50 for appointments lasting over 3 hours.

4. With a cancellation with 24 hours notice, your deposit will be held for you no longer
    than 48 hours after the cancellation date.

5. If you cancel without 24 hours notice you will lose your deposit.
    Please call if you are running late!!!!

6. You need to come into the shop to schedule all appointments, including touch-ups.
    We DO NOT make appointments via e-mail, phone or facebook. NO EXCEPTIONS!

7. We reserve the right to refuse anyone for any services of any kind for any reason.

8. No one will be tattooed without proper and VALID ID
    (state ID, Drivers License, Passport, or Military ID.)

9. Each person must fill out paperwork every time they are tattooed
    and must present proper ID every time.

10. NO KIDS UNDER 14 years of age.

11. NO FOOD!

12. We accept CASH or CREDIT... WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHECKS!

13. We do not make copies of the artwork.
